Autopilot

Autopilot will take you to a destination automatically. It stops your ship, flies your ship to the selected destination, then stops again. Autopilot may be activated in one of four ways. You can right-click on your screen to travel to that point, target something and hit the Go to Target key (Default: "v"), use Astral Travel by clicking on the galaxies displayed on the in-game galaxy map, and lastly you may use the "/ap Galaxy Name" chat command. Thrusting and turning will cause autopilot to deactivate. If a warp is attempted while held by a tractor beam, autopilot will fail. If your ship misses a warp portal because of grem or lag, the autopilot will attempt to compensate and try to travel to the target until it succeeds.
